Problem with the app

The app keeps on deleting my playlists like 800 songs every day and I have to redownload them , is there something I am doing wrong or is it a bug ? Thanks for your help

Hey @Arissarantis and welcome to our Community!

That's not cool. Please follow the steps here:

• Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.

• Click "Remove all devices".

• Reinstall the app with the steps from above.

• Save your offline tracks again.

Yeah currently there seems to be no problem
