My Question or Issue

I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Could you try logging into your account on another mobile device and log into another account on your device? Let me know how it goes. 🙂

My playlists in the app are empty, i tried clean reinstall, log in log off, clearing cache, on the web playyer the playlists are playing an on the desktop version my playlists work fine.

My Question or Issue

I have facing this issue for 3 days. My liked list is not showing in home page and library,also the playlists shown in library are all empty.also if i tried to search a song but not showing,also the albums are empty.im using the orginal android apk with latest version. could you please help me

All songs from the site disappeared, playlist empty, I don't know what it's connected with. It happened when I re-logged into the account.

I'm Also Having the same issue, I tried everything.. Nothing help. 

The same thing happens to me and I don't know what to do.

I've had this problem for 3 days.

I think I have the same problem, and as another person mentioned, for about 3 days now. Playlists and albums do not load and show a connection error. Going to Library crashes the app. My profile does not load. I have tried everything short of cancelling my premium subscription - reinstalling, deleting cache and data, allowing all permissions. My device is CMF Phone 2 Pro, running Android 15

My Question or Issue

Since few days I am unable to play anything on spotify on android. Windows plays fine but on android all my playlists are empty and I am unable to play anything.

When I play music on my PC, phone detects it sometimes but sometimes not. Previously I was able to use my phone as remote for PC at least.

Tried removing app, relogging but nothing helps.

I logging in on my account on other phone and then problem still hapening, but when i used another account on my phone the app works just fine so the problem must be my account 

Same here, I updated the information as it appears in the solution and tried installing and uninstalling the app but still everything appears empty: my playlists, the default ones and my likes, it doesn't let me play anything, please help

 pls help how do i fix it, i already done all the possbile solution but none of them is working. It's been 2 days already send help.

Unfortunately reinstall does not help at all. Spotify forums and reddit are full of complaints so this seems like global issue. 

Hi, I did all this and the playlist still empty. Only on the phone app. No problems in Windows no problems on MacOs. But can't used Spotify on My phone cause all the playlist are empty. Why? Help please!!!

My Question or Issue

It's been 3 days or so since Spotify stopped showing songs on my phone. I know it has been posted lots of times before but I think the solutions given are not accurate, as I've tried them myself without having a fix.

 

This also doesn't work for my alt account, which isn't shown in the screenshot attached.

Apparently this also happens every time I have to update the app, it's not the first time I have this issue on the app.

 

Hope I can have an actually working method to fix this issue and not the same automated response from the staff.

My Question or Issue

On my mobile spotify app no songs show up in my playlists or liked whereas on my laptop (logged into same account) shows songs in my playlists and liked. I have also tried looking for an update on the playstore but it says it is up to date.

 

I have tried uninstalling it and redownloading it but same thing still happens.

Nah, that didn't do it. I have also tried getting the absolute latest version of Spotify through an apk because the play store isn't up to date, but that didn't help either.

I'm still having this issue occur even after I clean uninstall and check my region, spotify will work on a different device on the same account or on the same device with a different account.
