Problems during surfing and not reported crashes

Hi.. First of all I'm going to try to explain my problem, but my english is not perfect.

I have a Galaxy Note 8. Always I'm listening to the music and surf on the internet at the same time, the loudness is going to be very quite.. The other problem I have is when I'm listening to the music and the playlist is finished, is it not possible to start it again trough the button on my headphones.. I have to click on the app and start the music on my phone again... Does anybody have the same problems?
