Thanks for your reply! But, only who has Premium Spotify maybe can change it? Because I clicked on the link you sent me, I then have followed the instructions but I can't manage to change my profile pic. Maybe it's because I don't have Spotify Premium. Thanks again,looking forward to your reply.

I'm pretty sure they would have mentioned it if only premium subscribers could change their profile picture. I have premium so I can't check myself but you can contact spotify direct and ask them here.
