Question about getting internet back

I lost internet this month and continued to play offline playlist from my computer. Being my primary playlist, I'm very used to moving things around and deleting songs as I listen to them. After doing this a few times after my internet went out, I realized the uselessness of my edits since I listen on my phone when I'm out of the house. Since then, I've kept editing to phone only until I have internet back.

In short, when I connect the computer to internet again, will the initial changes I made on the computer offline still take effect or will the phone changes override the computer's?

Yes, the playlists and contents of Your Music are stored on the servers and your PC will resynch and show the same as your mobile once you connect to the internet. You may need to restart the dektop client to force a refresh.
