Queue is repeating, reshuffle only shuffles existing queue

My Question or Issue

Lately I've noticed Spotify keeps repeating the same queue multiple times in a row. When I hit reshuffle, it only reshuffles songs from the current queue, it does not reshuffle the whole playlist. In the included video, no matter how much I hit reshuffle the same songs keep appearing, often in the same order as one of the queues before. I have a screen recording, but the mobile website seems to be broken for me as tapping on the browse files does nothing.
