Radio plays after pressing play in notifications after end of playlist with autoplay disabled

I wanted to report what I assume is a bug, but wasn't sure where I was supposed to do that.
On Android app (version 8.4.32.623 and a few months of versions), if I have the autoplay disabled and the playlists ends and I press play in the notifications (including lockscreen) to replay the playlist, it plays a second of the first song and then starts playing the radio station.
If this is intended behavior, I'd expect the playlist to not play at all and the radio to start immediately, and that the album art etc would change to reflect that it's radio now.
