Remove downloads from reset device

I reset my android phone and my computer then gave them away and now when I try to download playlists on my new computer, I get a device download limit when the only device I have is a new phone. I've tried logging out of all devices but that doesn't work.

I have the same issue. I'm a premium user. Does anyone know how to resolve?

Hey! The limit for the offline devices is 30 days and in 30 days those old devices will be removed from the offline devices and then you can download on your device without any issue.
