Do you mean the app is slow as in navigating the UI or slow in terms of streaming and downloading speed?

Are other apps on your phone slow as well or is it just Spotify?

I would try reinstalling Spotify first off and replying here with the answers to my above questions.

I'd love to help you get Spotify working as it should!

My chromecast wont show up on the spotify app on my samsung galaxy grand prime.

i have the latest android software and re-downloaded the spotify app. I've also only just got the chromecast at christmas so it is the newest version.

My ps4 worls with the chromecast but not my phone.

Anyone know what im doing wrong????
