None of the songs will play

All of the songs are grayed out and won't play unless I play the radio or shuffle play but I can't pick any of the songs.Please help!!!!

Songs always stop

Hi, I dont know why, but every time i play a song this one stops suddenly. It´s like it doesn´t want to play it. I start a song and suddenly in minute 1 for example stops. What can I do? or is there some error in the songs? Frank.
