SD Card option REMOVED TODAY

The option to store music on SD Card was removed from my Spotify today without a software update. The whole storage option is not there in settings menu. 

Spotify version: 6.0.0.864 armV7

Android version: 5.0.1

This could be because the system no longer reports the availability of an external SD card. Does android settings/storage still show the external SD card under portable storage?

Yes it does show there. 

Now the option is available again, but Spotify says "can't move data". I was able to move mp3 music into the SD card.
