Samsung and Spotify linking

My Question or Issue

so I keep getting a log in screen asking me to log into my Samsung account and when I do it asks me to connect Samsung to Spotify. Then after I click on the connect button it brings me to a link button for Spotify. It takes me to a user information page. I click on the next button and it gives me a 403 error which says the following:

How can I get past this and stop this sign in screen from popping up all the time.
