Search bar within playlists not present

My Issue

The search bar doesn't appear when I try and search within playlists. I have tried clearning the cache and reinstalling the app but nothing has worked so far. The search bar doesn't appear at all no matter how much I swipe down inside a playlist. I've tried installing the app on a spare Samsung J3 I had lying around and the issue seems to be present for that phone too.
