Search don't work at all

My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to search in the app it don't work and it show just the grey background and I try use different wifi and I try using vpn and I even reinstall it and I clear cache

Just to confirm, are you having this issue across devices or only on your Redmi pad 2? We'd also like to know if this has always happened on that device or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update. 

Since you've already tried with multiple networks, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your affected device(s) and check if they can replicate this? 

Lastly, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If the issue persists after following the aforementioned steps, sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
