Shuffle Keeps repeating certain songs

Hello everyone, 

ich have a problem for some time. When im listening to a playlist, it kinda repeats some songs more often then other ( in shuffle mode).For example, new songs in my library never ever get played, just older song. Is shuffle really random or is there something i dont think about?

it happens on my pc (windows) and on my smarthphone (s7).

any help is appreciated
