Shuffle button doesn't work properly

I'm used to saving the songs I like and then going on "my songs" and playing them all on shuffle. However, in the last few days, whenever I press the "shuffle" button, it only plays some selected saved songs, the ones that start with A, B and C. It totally ruined the way I listen to music on Spotify. I've already tried removing all the songs and saving them again but the problem persists. Tried on other devices and it doesn't work either. What should I do?
