Shuffle doesn't include nested folders?

So I have an odd glitch. I have three folders, each inside the other (Galaxy-->Hyper-->Main). When I shuffle play the topmost folder, it appropriately includes music from all three folders.
However, when I shuffle the Hyper folder, which has the Main folder in it too, I fail to get even a single song from Main. In fact, if I search for songs from the Main folder in Hyper's "all songs" area, they cannot be found. However, if I go a step up to Galaxy and hit "all songs" and look for one in Main, it shows right up.
Any fix for this?
