Shuffle not working

About a week ago, I noticed that all of my playlists now will play from the beginning of the songs i added and consisently play everything in the same order offering no variety. I have tried re-installing and also logging in/out with no change in this. All of the shuffle functions appear on with the free app. Anyone know how to fix this?

There is no shuffle on the free trial. Sorry mate.

I offer you to try the premium trial for a while I promise you that you will love it.

I have been using shuffle in the free app for years. In fact, that's all Spotify offers in the free app versus choosing specific songs on playlists in order to keep it free. I'm not using the free trial and refuse to pay for premium when I've happily used the free app for years.
