Shuffle stuck on

Using free, unsure about upgrading. For smartphone the Shuffle is on and not able to turn it off. Shuffle plays music I do not have on my playlists and do not like. For computer on desktop, Spotify is working great. For smartphone, a number of issues.

On your phone you can't turn the shuffle off, for a Free Account 

"On mobile, you get ad-supported, shuffle-only access on compatible devices"

The songs you hear are "Suggested Songs" 

"Sometimes you'll hear a mix of similar tracks from other artists to what you're playing" 

For more info: Spotify Free / AutoPlay (if you have this feature, it's also play suggested songs)
