Shuffle wont disable

How can I disable the shuffle feature? I want to play an album from 1st song to the last, not jump randomly between the songs. There is a shuffle feature toggler, but it works only about 1 time out of 20. Can someone fix the problem? BTW. Where is spotify customer support? I am thankful for the help.

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

If you have a Premium subscription, you can disable Shuffle with these steps: 

1. Tap the Now Playing bar. 
2. Tap the shuffle button until white. 

The shuffle button should appear as an icon of two arrows that are crossed. 

If that doesn't work, please try reinstalling the app and trying again.

Thanks Sophia, this has sometimes worked, sometimes not. After I posted the question, it has been working 🙂
