My Question or Issue

I don't have Premium. I got a week or so for free (thx btw) but now this week is over. The problem is that shuffle is still aktive. It shouldn't because it's a Premium feature.

How do I turn it of? (Normal klick on the button does not work. It said I need Premium because It is a Premium feature)

I'm using a Premium feature without paying for it.

Ich habe kein Premium. Ich hatte es für eine Woche oder so gratis bekommen (danke 😉 ) aber jetzt ist es ausgelaufen. Dennoch ist shuffle immernoch aktiv obwohl es ein Premium feature ist.

Wie mache ich das jetzt aus? (Den Knopf drücken bringt nichts, weil das ja ein Premium feature ist)

Ich kann ein Premium feature nicht aus machen und bin gezwungen es zu nutzen, obwohl ich nicht dafür zahle.

Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate the honest and openness and we'll be glad to help clarify the functionality of the subscriptions.

The way it works is actually the opposite from what you mentioned. If you're on the free service, you can only listen on shuffle in the mobile app. You need Premium in order to be able to turn shuffle off and select which song you'd like to play and to play albums and playlists in order. This is also what is explained when you get the message that you found a Premium feature when trying to turn shuffle off. More info in this article.
