Skipping, web player chrome

My spotify keeps pausing and skipping songs half way through a song. Whether it be in the playlist or just go to a completely different genre that isnt my playlist. Additionally, my phone keeps saying that we are connected to Web Player (Chrome) but I have never connected to that. And it should only be logged in on my 3 devices. Please help!!
