Smart shuffle only stays on for 8-9 seconds and doesn't add anything new in those few seconds. Perhaps this is due to you guys working on shuffle for iOS?

Thanks for reaching out!

Just to confirm, have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This often helps with cache related issues. 

If that doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using a different device to see if you can replicate the behavior?

It'd also be helpful if you could send over the exact OS version on the affected device(s), along with the exact Spotify version you're currently running.
