Software problem with HTC ohone

Hello! 

Since one month ago, everytime I am playing a song, it suddenly stops and the phone starts to call on his own to the last person I have talk to. It becomes crazy and does it one time after the other. I can't even stop it sometimes.

The thing is that all the other programs on the phone work perfectly. I have already deleted all the programs and reseted the phone and installed all back and is still doing the same thing. So it is the program that is giving me a problem!!!

Who can help me? Please help me! Thanks in advanced
