Some Favorite songs wont save

I use an Android system version 7.1.1 with the updated Spotify app.

So on my computer i save like a ton of songs just to my favorites playlist to shuffle, and they appear on my phone as well.  However, on my phone, when i go to click on favorite songs it says only 150 appear and if i shuffle it only plays the 150 songs listed, ive experimented and added songs via my phone and i see the number increase to like 152 and stuff but when i exit then reopen it goes back to 150.  It cant be a playlist or filter problem since its within the favorites playlist so idk how to update it so all of my music is on the list on my phone.
