I'm listening one song from a playlist and in the middle of the song it changes to another one from another playlist

If you notice any suspicious activity on your Spotify account, always follow the steps below first:

  1. Open the Reset Password form in a private/incognito window and create a new, strong password you haven’t used for another online service; 

  2. Open your Account Page, scroll down and click on SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE

If that doesn’t do the trick, just let us know and we’ll provide you with further help.

That solved for a while but now is happening again

same for me and I did all what you said and it keeps changing alone.

We're sorry to hear you're also experiencing this issue. In this case it's a good idea to go ahead and secure your account using the instructions in this Support Page. Don't forget to change the password for any service associated with your account, such as your email address, Facebook, or Apple.

 

We recommend that you also have a look at all third party apps that have access to your Spotify account and remove any you don't recognize. You can learn how to do this here.  For the other ones you should update the login info as well.
