Song radio error

For the past month or so, I havent been able to use tbe 'song radio' function on my Galaxy J3 running Android 6.0.1. I have tried contacting customer support about this technical issue, and the agent said that he had to have the issue looked over by someone higher up but I haven't heard anything back since. A quick browse through the community here confirms that I'm far from the only one having this issue. I've tried reinstalling and cleaning my cache multiple times with no luck. This is extremely frustrating, since the song radio feature is the main reason why I use Spotify and pay for premium in the first place. If there's no way that this issue can be resolved, then there really isn't any reason for me to continue paying monthly for the premium service.
