Songs Skipping Midway

My Question or Issue

 Issue started this morning 

Midway through playing a song it will skip to the next song. This occurs on every single song. 

Have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned gapless playing off . Songs continue to skip.

Spotify is currently unusable. Any assistance/ideas would be welcomed .

So, this issue seems to have resolved itself. Hopefully it'll remain resolved.
