Songs that continue buffering but not playing and keeps the spotify unresponsive

I have problem in playing Jet Lag by Simple Plan and Nobody's Better. It will play but eventually after a few minutes it will stop but when you look at the music scrubber it continue scrubbing as if its playing. Then after that I can't play any song not unless I relaunch the app itself.

Hiya. To eliminate a possible corruption of the cache, could you try reinstalling spotify, following the steps here.
