Songs won't play

My spotify on android won't play songs suddenly. I've tried uninstalling and clearing cache already, but it still won't play anything.

Are you seeing any errors when trying to play a song? If not, could you describe exactly what happens when you click on a song: does it skip the song, or does it appear to be playing (with the progress bar moving) but without any sound?

In any case, we suggest you try another reinstall, but this time making sure that you've cleared all Spotify app data on your phone. The steps for this are outlined in this support article.
