Sound Crackling/ Popping/ Stuttering. Galaxy Note 5.

Hello. I've been a Spotify Premium user for years. Recently I've had and issue that seems to have happened to many. Only on Spotify, the sound crackles, pops, and stutters. YouTube, Facebook Audio, and everything else is fine. I've read many of the forums here on how to resolve and none have worked. I've uninstalled, removed all devices from my Spotify account via web browser, cleared the cache on my phone and on Spotify and I still have this terribly distorted sound. Is there anything else I can try?
