Sound fluctuating

When I use Spotify on my Samsung S8 through bluetooth in my car, the sound fluctuates slightly up and down - primarily noticeable when listening to podcasts. It's just plain annoying! Thought it was an equalizer problem, so I tried to see if I could turn off SoundAlive equalizer, but there's no way to turn it off. Any suggestions??

Switching the equaliser to "normal" and turning off all the sound effects should have the same effect as disabling it. Also make sure that adapt sound is off.

If that doesn't work, the only other thing you can do is to force stop soundalive from the app manager ( enable it to show system apps).
