Hi,

the sound quality options are greyed out on my KitKat Android phone. Also, many "Playback..." options are also greyed out.

I'm a premium subscriber.

Any ideas?

Do you have device connected while you trying to change these settings?

If so, transfer the connection to the phone and you can change your settings after that : )
