Spotify Android App Live Wallpaper

For the moving backgrounds/videos that accompany certain songs on the Android app, is there a way to save these looped images so that they can be used as a wallpaper? The one I am looking for specifically is for the song Ritual by Rita Ora, Tiesto, and Jonas Blue which has her dancing on a loop.

Unfortunately, at this moment, it's not possible to save those short animations (called Canvas).
