Spotify Connect not working on Android, iOS en macOS is working fine

Hi, using Spotify on Apple TV. Works great.

Now want to use my Android app as a remote. The device is visible, but not able to connect. When i do it with Spotify on macOS or iOS it works great on my wifi. When it is playing (by using iOS or macOS) as the remote, i see the music on my Android app and i can change music. And then de Android app is working fine. But can't use it to first start the music when i spin up Spotify on my Apple TV
