Spotify Location Problem

I have a spotify account which is setup as a netherlands account as the company who pays for it the credit card is from that country.

 

I currently work on a yacht and our IP address through satelite internet is set to american or I can switch it to UK. If I try to add the 2 new accounts Ive created to the Family option it says im not in the correct country. I cant select a different country on these accounts only UK or American. 

 

We are in the "same family" just our location has changed. Any idea of a way around this. Also I can set both the accounts to UK but the credit card postcode will not be accepted due to it being in netherlands form. Paypal is not at option!

 

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help. I ended up contacting some one from the company in the US and used a US credit card!
