Spotify Not Working (Android, Samsung Galaxy Note 3)

For the past few days, I've been unable to use Spotify completely. Everytime I click on the icon to start the app, it'll open but it'll just be blank. No lists pop up, and I can't access the menu. Today I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but now I can't even sign in to see if it works again. This is getting to be a bi-monthly occurance at this point.
