Spotify Refusing To Recognize Premium Account

It has been 24 hours since I contacted Spotify about (surprise!) another problem they created.  For some unknown reason (and despite Spotify consistently taking my money every month - including this one), my account how is on "shuffle play" (how cute) like a free account.  I double-checked my account status and I am paying monthy through a Visa credit card (same as the last 18 months). Spotify's customer no-service landing page has the following notice:

This, of course, has been there for 48 hours.  This lack of competence really gets old, but I guess we get used to it from these idiots at Spotify.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
