My Question or Issue

This only happens in the mobile app. I have a bluetooth device in my vehicle. What happens is that the phone will automatically connect to the bluetooth device and I'll make and play a queue from a playlist. Then I'll shut the car off and back on, the phone will reconnect with the device and then pretty much the entire queue is gone. It does this every time I get in the car. Pretty damn annoying.

This is what the queue will look like normally.And this is the queue when I turn the car on and reconnect.

Thanks for any help in advance. Will provide more details if needed.

Hello 💚

I am going to need some time to look more into the issue with Bluetooth devices.

In the meantime, I could suggest;

Cleaning your app cache

Logging out of your account and back in

Check the settings on the Bluetooth device (if it has any) and try to see if there's any settings which could be the cause.
