My Question or Issue

My husband's truck has a Pioneer AVH stereo. I have a Samsung  S8.  It initially connected fine when I just tapped spotify on the car console.  Now it tells me no device is connected even though I am.  When I open spotify on my phone and play, it only plays through car audio and not the radios spotify app. (Will appear to be playing but no sound while in spotify mode).  Wjat am I doing wrong?  It used to work and now it doesnt...
