Spotify connect problem

Question or Issue

I use Spotify Connect between the two devices.
When i play an album it works fine...
I use the app on the Windows PC to choose another album when the perious ends.
But when i do that i loose the connection with te app on my Android phone,  (i use an old phone for my music only), so i have to get up got to the phone en start te app tehe again, so i can get connection once again.
It would be nice if the connection stays on the whole time!!!
Or have i done something wrong ?
