Spotify does not find my account

Spotify does not find my account

When trying to open my app (free plan) a message box appears advising that spotify cannot find my user name/email address. I know for sure that I entered my detail correctly. While trying to figure out what was wrong I created another account with my same details. But I really want to recover my old account with all my saved stuff. Is there any hope for me?

In this case, since you mentioned you are sure about the details you created your account with, we'd recommend you contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you check on their side.

 

They can offer further insights into exactly what happened and double-check if you have more than one account. You can find out how to contact them here.

 

We'd like you to take into account that it's not possible to link more than one account to the same email address, so it's better if the right team can take a look at your account.
