Spotify does not work with cellular data

I have been facing this issue for a while now. Spotify does not work with cellular data on my Android, works only on WiFi. Saw a thread discussing the same issue but on an ios device, tried all the suggestions, didn't work.

Could you try the following and let me know how it goes?

1. Switch to another mobile network (maybe with hotspot) and see if that works. This helps in determining if it is only happening when you enable mobile data on your device.
2. Log into another account on your device and see if the issue is happening on that account. This will help us isolate the issue to your account.
3. Try another platform like the desktop app or the web player and see if using mobile data with a hotspot there causes the same problem.
4. At last, if you have not already tried a clean-install, please do so by using this guide.
