Spotify doesn't start up after crash

After a crash of the app on my Samsung galaxy s5 8 hours ago, Spotify wont fully start up any more. I keep seeing a black screen with only the menu button (the stripes). A reboot of my Phone did not solve this, still cant use the app.

I dont experience this for the first time, I get it quite a lot but closing the app of rebooting usually fixes the issue

this is happening to me as well. after seeing "the stripes" my phone hangs and reboots by itself. been reinstalling it a lot of times, but still won't work. I hope we could get a solution.
