Spotify doesn't sync my MP3

Hey guys,
I'd like to sync my local mp3 from my pc to an android phone using spotify.
I followed the steps in the FAQ, Spotify is running on both devices, within the same wifi network and I checked offline usage.
But only songs from the Database are downloaded to my phone, my local files are not available on the phone.
Hope you can help me
