Spotify extreme slowness

My Question or Issue

I don't know why the **bleep** my Huawei's Spotify goes EXTREMELY SLOW

I tried to erase the cache, reinstalling the app, formatting all device and there is no way. I paid for nothing. The app also gets unresponsive and laggy. For opening playlists it lasts in many cases up to 2 minutes (if doesn't get unresponsive on the try)

Can somebody help me???!!?

Thanks for coming to the Community to search for a solution! Sorry for the belatedd reply. 

If the app is loading too slow, you can use these steps:

1. Do a clean reinstall.
2. Enable Permissions for Spotify: Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
3. Check if Spotify is not selected for battery optimization: Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.
4. Restart the phone.
