Spotify for mobile

I have been trying to import music 'local files' from mobile (all of which have been downloaded from youtube) onto spotify mobile,though as far as i can see the new layout doesnt allow this. Is there something im not noticing or is it physically impossible to do?

To.import local files they have to be in a playlist on your pc then you need to connect your pc and mobile to the same network, to d the phone in the Devices section of the pc app and choose sync from there
