Spotify is logging

I ask for my father. When he use spotify on mobile Phone or tablet, after playing some songs it disconnect and falls out. What can be the problem?

What device is it? Samsung?

If so disable the power saving feature in the phone settings.

You say it's only when playing offline. I assume you have downloaded tracks saved for offline listening with which you are trying?
