Spotify is not working right

i have a real issue with spotify not working right.  sometimes it does not load or takes a long time.  other times it just shuts down for no reason.  All the members of my plan have the same issues on their phones.  we have tried everything from re-installing the app to being the only thing on a wireless network.  it still gives us a lot of grief.  Is there a fix to make the app more stable?  please let me know because i am at the point where i want to cancel my plan.

I guess it could be an issue with your internet connection. Is it any better over mobile data?
