Really? Because in the page you linked it says::

Asia Pacific

Australia, Japan, Israel, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

Not true, it has . From March 12 it is available in Israel
